The 2008 US Men's team coached by Mike Krzyzewski, led by Kobe Bryant, went on to not only win Gold in Beijing, but go on an astounding undefeated record.

The 2004 US Men's National Basketball Team, a team that placed Bronze in Athens. A team that failed to meet up to standards in the eyes of a lot of fans by almost not placing.
