I go by the name of Frederick, and I am a Coursera-Certified Google UX Designer with more than a year's worth of experience. I successfully completed a rigorous, hands-on program that covered the design process from end to end. Conducted research to understand and evaluate user needs with empathy. Created wireframes, iterations, and prototypes and converted usability insights into product updates.
